Saxony Foodstuff, Feedstuff, Provisional Tobacco and Consumer Information Act Implementation Law.
[摘要] The present Law implements the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex of 26. April 2006 (BGBl. I p. 945), Provisional Tobacco Act in the version of 9 September 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2296, and Consumer Information Act of 5 November 2007 (BGBl. I p. 2558). The Law specifies in detail all competent authorities and local offices responsible, inter alia, for the enactment of the aforementioned Acts.
