[摘要] This Order establishes the procedures of: (a) the issuance (refusal of issuance) of licences for manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits; (b) extension (refusal of extension) on licences; (c) renewal (refusal of renewal) of licence; (d) inspection of technological equipment and compliance certificates; (e) expiry of licence; (f) suspension of licence; (g) issuance of provisional authorization for storage and trade of the remainders of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits; and
