Ordinance amending the Foodstuff Control Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Foodstuff Control Ordinance. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 4 dealing with competences concerning foodstuff legislation; article 5 dealing with competence pertaining to the Agriculture Act; article 10 laying down provisions relating to fees; article 11 is repealed. The text consists of 2 articles.
