[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that organizations producing ethyl alcohol, including raw alcohol, shall install measurement devices so as to ensure automatic measurement and registration of concentration of amount of waterless ethyl alcohol in output finished commodities, and of output finished commodities.
