Decree No. 33 of the Chief State Sanitary Inspector validating Sanitary rules and requirements 2.3.4.13-2-2004 “Production of infant food at infant milk public catering facilities.”
[摘要] This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for processing of infant food at infant milk public catering facilities. Water supply to infant milk public catering facilities and water shall comply with water quality requirements. Disinfection means and detergents for sanitary treatment must be authorized by the Ministry of Public Health. All the processes of acceptance, processing of raw materials, storage of milk, fruit and vegetable mixtures shall be carried out in totally clean environment. M
