Animal Origin – Foodstuff Inspection Ordinance.
[摘要] The present Ordinance is contained in article 3 of the Ordinance of 8 August 2007 (BGBl. I 1816) implementing common hygienic foodstuff provisions. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is to regulate the official inspection of the production, processing and marketing of foodstuff of animal origin, as well as to implement certain EU-directives on the same subject.
