Decree No. 132 relative to hygiene and control of the production, supply, etc. of rabbit meat.
[摘要] This Decree prescribes hygiene requirements and provides for control in relation with the production, storage, transportation, supply and offering for sale of rabbit meat. "Rabbit meat" is defined as all parts of a rabbit fit for human consumption. For other definitions section 2 refers to Decree No. 265 of 1995 concerning poultry meat. Chapter I further contains general conditions for the approval of meat and approval of activities regulated by the present Decree by the National Food Authority.
