Abattoirs Act, 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) Regulations, 1997.

[摘要] These Regulations provide for the carrying out of ante and post mortem examinations on slaughtered ratite birds (ostriches, emus and rheas) to determine the fitness of the meat for human consumption. They also prescribe the grounds on which the birds or the meat of such birds may be declared unfit for human consumption.
