Regulations Governing Tolerance for Fungus-Produced Toxins in Foodstuffs (No. R. 1145 of 2004).
[摘要] These Regulations declare, for purposes of section 2(l)(b)(i) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972, certain foodstuffs to be contaminated, impure or decayed. These foodstuffs, including peanuts, milk, cereals and juices, contain an excessive level of toxins originating from fungus. The Regulations also prescribe that the sampling plan for the analysis of total aflatoxins in peanuts intended for further processing to be used for enforcement and control in terms of these Regula
