[摘要] This Directive sets out rules governing the exploitation and placing on the market of: (i) waters extracted from the ground of Member States and recognized by the responsible authority of the State concerned as natural mineral waters; (ii) waters extracted from the ground of third countries, imported into the European Community and recognized as mineral waters by the responsible authority of a Member State.
