Decision No. 43/2006/QD-TTg Approving the National Action Plan for Food Safety and Hygiene until 2010.
[摘要] The purpose of this Decision is to approve the national action plan for food safety and hygiene, which shall have the following objectives: raise the awareness and responsibility of food producers, dealers and consumers towards food safety and hygiene; try to comply to world food standards; achieve the target that 100 percent of high-risk food production establishments apply the hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP); prevent the spread through food of food poisoning and diseases; et
