Food Products Act (R.S.Q., c. P-29).
[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions relating to the production of food. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed such as “agricultural product”, “marine product”, “fresh water product”, “dairy product”. The underlying idea is that no-one shall prepare or keep for sale food intended for human consumption that is unfit for human consumption.
