Act amending the Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending certain related acts.

[摘要] This Act is composed of three Sections. Section 1 amends the Act 110/1997 on foodstuffs and tobacco products, Section 2 ¾ the Act 146/2002 on the state agricultural and food-processing inspection, and Section 3 ¾ the Act 316/2004 amending Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products. In particular, the Act establishes information obligations of food enterprises, administrative offenses, and conditions of confiscation of agricultural products, food or tobacco.
