[摘要] The present Legislative Decree describes and defines the behaviours which are to be considered offences according to Regulation (EEC) No. 2081/92 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs, and establishes the penalties to be applied. Such offences include the illegal commercial use of a protected geographical indication or designation of origin.
