[摘要] The Service of Hygiene of Food and Nutrition is divided in two functional areas: the Area for the control of Hygiene of Foodstuffs and Beverages, and the Nutritional Area. The Area for the control of Hygiene of Foodstuffs and Beverages shall verify the compliance with the health norms of all the stages of production and distribution of food and beverages.
