Law No. 314-Z “On state and mobilization material reserve.”

[摘要] This Law establishes that state material reserve shall be used for the following purposes: (a) mitigation of the consequences of emergencies; (b) stabilization of internal food market; and (c) humanitarian aid. The list and amount of material reserve subject to storage shall be determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus. Replenishment of material reserve shall be carried out in accordance with annual plans of replenishment and refreshment of state material reserves.
