Order No. 731 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure of creating collections of wine samples (enoteca) and use of wine samples.

[摘要] This Order establishes the procedure of creating collections of wine samples (enoteca) and use of wine samples for scientific research and commercial purposes at wine producing enterprises. Vintage wines shall be selected for bottling in oak containers and storage for unlimited period of time. Bottles with vintage wines must be closed with corks. Vintage wines collections shall be subject to mandatory registration. Vintage wine collections must comply with national legislation and standards.
