[摘要] This Act authorizes the capture alive Sambar Deer (Binado) during the authorized hunting season as provided by Regulation. It also authorizes the captive breeding of Sambar deer subject to certain conditions (licence and otherwise) and sets out conditions for recapturing of escaped deer.
