Caseins and Caseinates (Wales) Regulations 2016 (W.S.I. No. 1130 (W. 270) of 2016).

[摘要] These Regulations implement in Wales certain provisions of Directive (EU) 2015/2203. They prescribe standards for products to which these Regulations apply and provide for the restrictions in use and marketing of edible caseins and caseinates, labelling requirements, enforcement, offences and penalties. Each county council or county borough council must execute and enforce these Regulations within its area.
