Regulation regarding the export of sugar and the issuance of preliminary permits.

[摘要] This Regulation aims at regulating the balance of domestic supply and demand, rates, and stock status of sugar and sets forth the principles of the export of sugar. The Regulation also provides for the procedures and principles of the issuance of preliminary permits as well as the monitoring and control and it sets forth the responsibilities of exporters.
