Ministerial Joint Decree No. Oik 321813 amending Ministerial Joint Decree No. 392169/1999 establishing general rules for the use of the term “Local Wine” as descriptive element of table wine.

[摘要] This Decree amends certain provisions of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 392169/1999 as regards the definition and use of the term “Local Wine” as descriptive element of table wine. More specifically, articles 1, 3, 6, and 12 are replaced by the text laid down to this Decree; in article 2, paragraph 2 is repealed; in article 7, paragraph 2 is replaced; in article 8, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 are replaced; in article 10, paragraph 2 is replaced by the text contained herewith.
