Resolution No. 320 of 2015 of Georgian Government on Labeling of Genetically Modified Organisms Designated for Food Products/Fodder and Genetically Modified Products Produced from them

[摘要] The Resolution regulates labeling of GMOs and genetically modified products. Its purpose is to lay down unified principles for labeling the organisms or the products; to protect consumers’ rights, human health and life, and animal health and welfare; to protect environment; and to ensure effective functioning of the internal market. It applies to the relations among business operators, the state and consumers. The Resolution does not apply to products where GMOs or genetically modified products
