Presidential Decree No. 259 prohibiting the use in stock farming of certain substances having a hormonal or thyrostatic action and of ß-agonists and establishing measures to monitor certain substances and residues thereof in live animals and animal products.

[摘要] Aim of this Decree is to prohibit the use of certain substances (Part A of the Decree) and to adopt measures to monitor and control certain substances and their residues in live animals and animal products (Part B of Decree), in accordance with Council Directive 96/22/EC as amended and in force and with Council Directive 96/23/EC. Possession, use and distribution of the substances referred in Group A of Annex I to this Decree shall be prohibited. It shall also be prohibited the use of products:
