Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 209) B.E. 2543 (2000) Re: Cheese.
[摘要] Cheese is prescribed food to have qualities or standards (Clause 2). Cheese can be classified into 5 types: (1) Cream cheese means cheese; (2) Whole milk cheese; (3) Skimmed milk cheese; (4) Processed cheese; (5) Named cheese . Clause 5-6 regards quality requirements to be satisfied by cheeses. The Notification further provides for requirements for cheese production processes, production equipments, storages, labeling and packing, food additives, etc.
