Delegated Decree No. 94 implementing European Union legislation concerning the production and labelling of organic products.
[摘要] This Delegated Decree lays down the legislative framework governing the production, processing and labelling of organic products, as well as the importation of organic products from countries which are not member States of the European Union. Article 3 sets out the penalties to be applied in case of infringement of these provisions.
