Decree No. 20/2009 amending the Code of Industrial Property.

[摘要] This Decree amends the Code of Industrial Property. Amendments deal with the geographical indication and denomination of origin, laying down the definition of the name as a Region, a determined place or, exceptionally, a country used for identifying a product originated from that specific area. It also applies for establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from the authorisation and patent of industrial intellectual property.
