Law No. 2132-VI amending Law No. 1870-IV of 2004 on milk and dairy produce.

[摘要] Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Milk, dairy raw materials and dairy products manufactured on the territory of Ukraine or imported to its customs territory must comply with food safety and food quality requirements set for foodstuffs by normative and legal acts of Ukraine. Basic rates of contents of fat and protein in the milk shall be elaborated and validated by the authorized central executive body in the sphere of agrarian policy”.
