Punjab Foodstuffs (Control) Act, 1958.

[摘要] The Government shall have the power to control the keeping, storage, movement, transport, supply, distribution, disposal, etc. of foodstuff. The Government may delegate its powers to officers or any subordinate authority. The Act further deals with penal provisions, offences, constitution and powers of Tribunals, etc.
