Presidential Decree No. PP-2637 validating the Statute of Intellectual Property Agency.

[摘要] The President validates the Statute of Intellectual Property Agency assigning thereto the following functions: (a) conduct of state policy in the sphere of intellectual property; (b) organization and performance of expertise of trademarks and other objects of intellectual property, and registration thereof; (c) formation, keeping and updating State Patent Fund; and (d) consultancy and practical assistance to enterprises and organizations for insuring protection of intellectual property rights.
