[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on Food Hygiene of Foodstuffs of Animal Origin in article 3 (definitions), in article 10 on labelling requirements, in article 12 specifying documents that must accompany specified food of animal origin and in Schedule 2, 3, 4 and 5 on hygiene requirements for food premises and handling, on plans for self-monitoring (HACCP), on design of food establishments and on transportation.
