Trade Practice and Consumers’ Protection Proclamation No. 685/2010.

[摘要] This Proclamation makes provision for the protection of the business community from anti-competitive and unfair market practices and consumers from misleading market conducts. It establishes a system that is conducive for the promotion of competitive market. The Proclamation shall not apply to: basic utilities (including water supply); and basic goods and services subject to price regulation by the Government.
