Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of First and Second Schedules) Order 2017 (S.I. No. 107 of 2017).

[摘要] This Order amends the First Schedule in Part II and III to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act so as to update the list of food legislation contained in the First Schedule and the Second Schedule so as to remove “the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government”, and by substituting “the Environmental Protection Agency” for “the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland”.
