Ministerial Joint Decree No. 370/2001 amending provisions of the Food Code in compliance with Directive No. 2001/5/EC.
[摘要] Taking into account the technical developments in the field of food additives since the adoption of Directive 95/2/EC, Council Directive No. 2001/5/EC amends Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colours and sweeteners. In compliance with the recent developments, this Decree brings forth a number of amendments to articles 33, 70, 131 and 144 of the Food Code.
