Decree No. 53 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation on washing and disinfection of farms, production facilities, means of transport, equipment and machinery, and packages in the process of production of milk and dairy products.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of washing and disinfection of farms, production facilities, means of transport, equipment and machinery, and packages in the process of production of milk and dairy products and shall be compulsory for all legal persons and individual entrepreneurs performing milk and dairy products processing. It specifies different types of disinfection for various processing cycles and production facilities and equipment.
