Commission Decision 2003/470/EC on the authorization of certain alternative methods to be used in microbiological testing of meat intended for Finland and Sweden.

[摘要] This Decision authorizes the use of the alternative analytical methods referred to in article 1. Hence such methods may be used in the microbiological testing prescribed by Decision 95/409/EC, which lays down the rules for the microbiological testing by sampling of fresh beef and veal and pigmeat intended for Finland and Sweden, and by Decision 95/411/EC which lays down the rules for the microbiological testing for salmonella by sampling of fresh poultrymeat intended for Finland and Sweden.
