Regulation determining establishment, duties, powers and responsibilities of food control laboratories.
[摘要] This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of the inspection of food control laboratories. The Regulation further sets forth the rules and procedures concerning the establishment and working permits of private food control labrotaries belonging to real or legal persons and their inspection. The Regulation covers laboratories concerned withseed control services as well as hygiene and quality analysis of food, all kinds of materials and articles in contact with food and feed.
