Purchase and Sale of Eggs and Eggs' Products Regulation (Alta. Reg. 23/2004).

[摘要] This Regulation governs the sale and purchase of eggs and eggs’ products, defined as the frozen form, dried form or liquid form of (i) whole egg without the shell, (ii) egg yolk, or (iii) egg albumen, or any combination thereof (sect. 1). It contains provisions, among others, on containers’ marking (sect. 3), on grading (sect. 4) and on duties of operators of egg grading stations (sects. 9-12).
