Order No. 2 of the Ministry of Public Health validating the Regulation on the modalities of expertise of foodstuffs for the purpose of classification thereof as for special use and expertise of foodstuffs for the purpose of state registration (re-registration).
[摘要] The expertise is the complex study of the data regarding quality, safety, efficiency of the foodstuffs as declared by the producer of the agricultural commodities and the establishment of the compliance thereof with the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation. The expertise shall be carried out by means of analysis and assessment of physical and chemical, microbiological, toxicological studies and clinical tests.
