[摘要] This Act makes provision with respect to food safety and hygiene in Seychelles. The Act also prohibits the importation or placing on the market in Seychelles of feed which is considered unsafe to food-producing animals. The Act is composed of 41 sections and is divided into six Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Food and Feed Safety (III); Importation (IV); Enforcement (V); Miscellaneous (VI).
