Commission Regulation (EC) No. 282/2008 on recycled plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foods and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006.

[摘要] This Regulation establishes the requirements to be met by plastic materials, articles and parts thereof containing recycled plastic and intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, as referred to in article 1 of Directive 2002/72/EC. These provisions specify the conditions for authorizing related recycling processes.
