Ministerial Decree No. 519 implementing Commission Directive 96/8/EC of 26 February 1996 on foods intended for use in energy-restricted diets for weight reduction.

[摘要] The Ministerial Decree consists of five articles and two Annexes. It lays down compositional and labelling requirements for foods for particular nutritional uses intended for use in energy restricted diets for weight reduction and presented as such. Such foodstuffs must meet the compositional requirements established by Annex I. Furthermore, they may be placed on the market by using the names and providing the labelling information listed out in article 4.
