Regional Law No. 30/2006-OZ “On state regulation of processing and trade of spirits and liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates processing and trade of spirits and liquors, including licensing of retail trade of spirits and liquors. It shall not be applicable to beer and naturally brewed spirituous liquors with ethyl alcohol contents less than 6 percent. Licences for retail trade of spirits and liquors shall be issued exclusively to the organizations for the period of maximum five years.
