Meat Control Act.
[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions relating to the inspection of animals before and after slaughtering. Article 1 establishes that cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses and other animals – if their meat is destined for human consumption – are before and after slaughtering subject to an official control and assessment.
