Regulation establishing procedures of official control of products of animal origin.

[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 13 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes procedures of official control of products of animal origin carried out by Veterinary Inspection organs, including inspection of documentation, internal hygiene and sanitary procedures, and hygiene of personnel.
