Regional Law No. 34 “On regulation of some relations in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that state regulation of of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors shall be aimed at ensuring safety of the aforesaid products and consumer protection. State regulation shall include state supervision over processing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors, production control and licensing of trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors.
