Food Act 1981.
[摘要] This Act regulates the handling and the sale of food and sets related standards, it consists of 57 sections and is divided into six Parts. The stated objectives of the Act are (a) ensuring food for sale is safe and suitable for human consumption; (b) preventing misleading conduct relating to the sale of food; (c) applying the food standards code. Part 2 specifies offences relating to food, including handling of food in unsafe way, sale of unsafe food, false description of food and non compliance
