Regulations relating to milk and dairy products: amendment (No. R. 127 of 2014).

[摘要] These Regulations make an amendment in Annexure C of the principal Regulations relating to milk and dairy products in relation with local authorities. Annexure C is made for purposes of regulation 3, which allows a local authority that is of the opinion that it can exercise sufficient control over the selling of the raw dairy products to request the Minister, through the relevant provincial health department, to be listed in Annex C.
