Ministerial Joint Decree No. 437/2004 amending article 149 of the Food Code on water.

[摘要] The Decree approves the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision by which points (a) and (f), paragraph 4 of article 437 dealing with water of the Food Code is amended. Point (a) prescribes that ice, offered to the public consumption for any use (exception regarding the uses are cited in P.D. 412/94), should be prepared from drinking water. In point (f), the ice produced must have the same chemical composition with the water used originally for its making.
