Animal Health and Production Act, 2016 (No. 7 of 2016).
[摘要] This Act makes provision for measures to protect animal health in the Bahamas. "Animal" means a terrestrial and aquatic animal (including birds and bees) of any kind, domestic and wild and semen, embryos and ova. “Aquatic animal” fish, molluscs crustaceans and amphibians originating from aquaculture facilities or removed from the wild, for farming purposes, for release into the aquatic environment or for human consumption.
