[摘要] This Regulation establishes hygienic requirements for labelling and circulation of egg-based products used for human nutrition of for processing of other foodstuffs. It shall not be applicable ready-made foodstuffs containing ready egg-based products and egg-based products that are traded immediately after supply without storage.
